Access

A new project is private. Only the person who created it can open it, until they add people here. That covers everything in it: shots, assets, history.

Someone who joins your organization sees no projects at all. They can open one only when an owner or an admin adds them to it, or when they create their own.

Organization admins can always open every project, private or not. That is deliberate: if the only person on a project leaves, an admin can still get to the work.

• Add people from your organization to a project.
• Remove people from it.
• Open a project up to everyone in the organization, or make it private again.

1. Open Access from the project sidebar.
2. Pick a colleague from the list and press Add.
3. If the whole organization should see it, choose Make visible to everyone.
4. To close it again, choose Make private. You stay on the project.

Only the project's owner or an organization admin can change access. You cannot remove yourself, the owner, or the last person on a private project.
