Add Features

Add Features is where a workspace admin turns features on for the workspace and decides who can use them. It appears in the left rail for admins once Root has turned it on for your workspace.

• Turn on for everyone — every current member gets the feature, and anyone who joins later gets it automatically.
• Turn on only for me — just you, so you can try it before anyone else does.
• Turn back on as before — when a feature was on before, everyone who had it gets it back.

1. Open Add Features from the bottom of the left rail.
2. Choose Turn on for a feature, then who should get it.
3. Use Add people to search for a member and give them the feature, or Remove to take it away.

Turning a feature off for the workspace keeps everyone's settings, so turning it back on restores them. Someone you remove stays off, even when the feature is on for everyone.
